Imagine if every time you paid your water bill, you got a notice a few days later stating that you actually owe more money. That first bill only covers the water itself, but now you also need to pay for getting the water to your house, and all the ways you used it, and… That would be ridiculous, right? And you’d be furious, right? So why take that kind of treatment from your dumpster rental company?
The Fairest Dumpster Rental Pricing in Pensacola
At Pensacola Dumpster Rental, we offer flat rate pricing on all of our dumpster sizes, so that all of our customers know upfront exactly what the final cost of their rental will be. It’s true that there are a number variables we have to factor in to the cost of a dumpster rental: the price of the dumpster itself, fuel charges, landfill fees, etc. But we believe you should be aware of what those variables cost from the outset, so that you can budget for your project accordingly. While most companies will only quote you the price of the dumpster itself upfront, leaving you with a very expensive surprise when you receive your final bill, we think that’s a pretty dishonest way of doing business.
With Pensacola Dumpster Rental, unless you violate your terms of service or try to dispose of prohibited items, the price we quote you when you first call is the same price you’ll pay. So, fill out our quote form to see just how much you can save with a Pensacola Dumpster Rental. As soon as we receive and process your information, a representative will contact you with your dumpster rental quote. A cleaner home is just a few clicks away!
Are You Sure I Won’t Have to Pay Additional Dumpster Rental Fees?
With our flat rate pricing, it’s very unlikely that you’ll ever end up having to pay more than the amount you were initially quoted. However, there are many rules and safety considerations that govern dumpster rentals in Pensacola, so there are some situations that could cause you to owe extra fees.
Hazardous Waste: If you place any type of hazardous waste in your dumpster, you’ll be charged the fee it costs us to have the material disposed of properly. If you’re unsure whether an item is considered hazardous, contact Pensacola Dumpster Rental and our representatives can help you.
Dumpster Kept Over Rental Period: So that you have the flexibility to complete your project according to the schedule that works best for you, we allow you to call us for pick up any time during your rental period, whether you need the full 10 days or are done sooner. If you don’t call us before the 10 days are up, we assume you need more time to finish your project and you’ll be charged for the additional days the dumpster is in your possession. So that we don’t cut you off in the middle of a project, we never come to retrieve a dumpster until you tell us to.
Driver Prevented from Drop Off / Pick Up: If the driver is unable to drop off or pick up your dumpster because you haven’t cleared sufficient space or the path to the drop off/pick up space is blocked, you’ll be charged a trip fee.
Overfilled Dumpster: It’s a safety hazard for a driver to haul a dumpster if debris is sticking out the top or hanging over the side. Make sure all of your debris fits completely inside the dumpster, or you’ll be charged a trip fee.
Overweight Dumpster: Each dumpster size has a firm weight limit, to ensure it can be safely hauled. If you exceed the weight limit spelled out in your terms of service, you’ll be charged an overage fee.
